- Anonymous Game Data: For anonymous game players, performance data is stored in browser localStorage and migrated to your account upon signup

- Other Users: Your username and content you post are visible to other users
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect our rights

5. Data Retention
We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services.
- While a debate or topic is live or settled, your comments and votes remain stored and associated with your account.
- You may delete your own comments at any time; deletion is permanent.
- Deleting your account permanently and immediately deletes your comments, votes, game stats, and associated personal data (cascading deletion).
- Admin moderation may hide a comment from public view; hidden comments remain stored but are not shown.
- Backup copies may persist for up to 90 days.
