WarRoom Sports is an independent Minnesota Vikings fan platform, operated by WarRoom Sports Management, LLC ("WarRoom Sports", "we", "our", or "us"), a Delaware limited liability company. The service is free to use. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Your email address, your username (we assign a starting one, which you can change), an optional profile photo if you upload one, and your display and notification preferences.
Your answers to daily questions, the posts and replies you write, reactions you give to other users' posts, and reports you file about other content.
What you read and interact with on the Service, such as which days you read the news summary and when you last viewed a discussion you are part of, along with your last-seen time. We use this to show your history on your profile and to tell you about new activity on your posts.
Your daily-game attempts and results and the streaks you accumulate.
Your IP address and basic browser/device information. If you are logged out, a random identifier stored in your browser ties together your anonymous answers and game progress; if you later sign up, that activity is migrated into your account.
If you turn on notifications, your browser creates a subscription token that we store so we can deliver them. You can turn notifications off at any time.
Editorial and game content on the Service is prepared from public sources. That preparation does not use your personal information.
Your username, your posts and replies, and the answer you chose on any question where you have posted are visible to other users. Overall results for a question are shown in aggregate and do not identify individual answers. Your public profile shows your username and your recent posts. Your email address, your streak history, and your reading activity are not shown publicly.
We share information with a small number of service providers who help us run the Service, including providers of hosting and content delivery, sign-in and authentication, database and file storage, anti-bot protection, rate limiting, automated content moderation, and notification delivery. They process data only to provide their service to us. A current list of providers is available on request at the address below.
We do not sell your personal information. There are no advertising or third-party analytics/tracking cookies on the Service.

You can access, correct, and delete your personal information. If you are in the EEA or UK (GDPR) or in California (CCPA), you have the additional rights those laws provide, including rights to know what we collect and to request deletion. You must be at least 13 years old to use WarRoom Sports. If you are between 13 and 17, you must have a parent or guardian's consent. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We use industry-standard protections, including encryption of data in transit (TLS) and access controls, to safeguard your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Our service providers process data in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your information will be transferred to and processed there.
