By accessing or using WarRoom Sports ("the Service"), operated by WarRoom Sports Management, LLC ("WarRoom Sports", "we", "our", or "us"), a Delaware limited liability company, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are between 13 and 17, you represent that you have a parent or guardian's consent to use the Service.
You sign in without a password, using an emailed sign-in link or a supported third-party sign-in. We assign you a starting username, which you can change from your profile. You are responsible for keeping your email and any linked sign-in account secure, and for all activity that happens under your account. Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.
WarRoom Sports is free to use. We do not collect payments.
WarRoom Sports offers a daily news summary, daily questions that fans answer and discuss, and daily games. Questions stay open for a limited time and then close, after which their results are shown and no further discussion is added. Games are for fun and track a daily streak; there are no points, prizes, or rankings with monetary value. We may change, add, or remove features at any time.
You are responsible for the content you post. You agree not to post content that:
You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant WarRoom Sports a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and distribute that content within the Service, and to feature your public posts, together with your username, in WarRoom Sports' own social media posts and videos. We may moderate, remove, or hide content, and temporarily restrict, suspend, or remove accounts, to enforce these Terms. We are not obligated to explain a moderation decision.
Discussion on a closed question is removed after a set period (currently 30 days after the question closes). Your answers to questions, your game results, and your streaks are kept as part of your account history. See our Privacy Policy for details and for how to delete your account.
The Service and its original content (excluding user-generated content) are owned by WarRoom Sports and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our content without permission.
The news summary condenses reporting published by others and is provided for convenience. It is prepared in part with automated tools and may contain errors or omissions. Check the linked source before relying on or repeating anything in it.
WarRoom Sports is an independent fan platform. Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the National Football League, the Minnesota Vikings, or any of their member clubs or subsidiaries. All team names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
The Service relies on third-party providers for hosting, sign-in, data storage, anti-abuse protection, notification delivery, and automated content tools. Submitted text may be screened by automated moderation, which can occasionally make mistakes in either direction. Some editorial and game content is prepared with automated tools and may contain errors.
If you allow notifications, we may send you alerts about activity on your posts and reminders about your daily streak. You can turn each kind off from your profile at any time.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
User-generated content represents the views of individual users, not WarRoom Sports. We do not verify the accuracy of user posts. Results shown for a question reflect the answers of participating users and nothing more.
If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a takedown notice to the contact email below including: (a) your contact information; (b) identification of the copyrighted work; (c) identification of the allegedly infringing material and where it appears on the Service; (d) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized; (e) a statement that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner; and (f) your physical or electronic signature. We respond to valid notices in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, and we terminate the accounts of repeat infringers.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WARROOM SPORTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WarRoom Sports from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from your profile. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
If a dispute arises, you and WarRoom Sports agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting us. If it is not resolved within 30 days, the dispute will be settled by binding arbitration. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, are the entire agreement between you and WarRoom Sports regarding the Service.
